Standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation

Effective April 27, 2026

PRIMZ has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (“CSAE”) of any kind. This page sets out the standards we apply across our web platform and mobile app to prevent, detect, and respond to CSAE content, and the channels through which anyone can report it to us. These standards are published in accordance with Google Play’s CSAE requirements and Apple App Store Review Guideline 1.2 (User-Generated Content), and apply in addition to our Terms of Service.

01

What we prohibit

We prohibit, without exception, any content on PRIMZ that:

  • Depicts, describes, promotes, normalises, or links to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, whether photographic, drawn, animated, computer-generated, or AI-generated.
  • Sexualises minors, including through appearance, posing, captions, or context.
  • Attempts to solicit, groom, extort, or arrange real-world contact with a minor, or that facilitates another party doing so (for example, linking to an off-platform destination for that purpose).
  • Shares, trades, or sells access to CSAM; offers to create it; or identifies minors as targets of sexual interest.
  • Links to external sites, marketplaces, or channels that host any of the above.

This prohibition covers account profiles, usernames, bios, smart-link titles and destinations, uploaded images (logos, backgrounds), and any metadata you submit to PRIMZ.

02

Definitions

For the purpose of these Standards:

  • A minor is any person under the age of 18, regardless of the local age of majority.
  • CSAMmeans any image, video, audio, or text that depicts or describes the sexual abuse or sexual exploitation of a minor, as defined by the laws of the jurisdictions in which PRIMZ operates (including 18 U.S.C. § 2256 in the United States and the Protection of Children Act in applicable jurisdictions).
  • CSAE extends to grooming, sextortion, sex trafficking of minors, and attempts to arrange offline sexual contact with a minor.

03

How we prevent CSAE

  • Account accountability. Accounts are created with a verified email address or Google OAuth identity. We retain authentication records for investigations and law-enforcement cooperation.
  • Terms acceptance. Signing up requires agreement to our Terms of Service, which incorporate these Standards by reference. Breach of these Standards is grounds for immediate termination.
  • Minimum age. PRIMZ is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly allow under-13 users to create accounts.
  • Upload scope. Creators may only upload profile logos and background images — narrow surfaces that reduce the vectors for illegal content.
  • Destination responsibility. Creators are contractually responsible for the lawfulness of every destination they link to. We may disable any smart-link whose destination is found to host CSAE content.

04

How to report CSAE to us

If you encounter content on PRIMZ that you believe violates these Standards, report it to us immediately at [email protected]. Please include:

  • The URL(s) of the creator page, smart-link, or image you are reporting (e.g. primz.gg/c/username or primz.gg/l/slug).
  • A brief description of what you saw and why you believe it is CSAE.
  • Whether you or anyone you know is in immediate danger (if so, contact local emergency services first).

You do not need to include the offending material itself in your report, and you should not re-upload or retransmit it. Reports may be submitted anonymously. We will not disclose your identity to the reported party.

PRIMZ currently accepts safety reports through this email channel and the public Support page. Dedicated in-app reporting and user-blocking controls are planned follow-ups; until those controls ship, report the creator page or smart-link and we can restrict, suspend, or terminate the reported account where appropriate.

05

How we respond

When we receive a report, our process is:

  • Triage within 24 hours. The reported material is reviewed by our Trust & Safety contact on a priority basis. Where there is credible suspicion of CSAE, the content is removed from public view and the associated account is suspended pending full review.
  • Preservation. We preserve the offending content, account records, and associated metadata (authentication logs, IP history, uploaded files) for law-enforcement and NCMEC reporting, in line with applicable legal retention obligations. Safety reports and related records may be retained after account deletion for the time required to investigate and respond.
  • Mandatory reporting. Where we confirm or have reasonable suspicion of CSAM, we report to the US National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline (https://report.cybertip.org/) and to local authorities as required by the laws that apply to the creator or the content.
  • Account termination. Accounts that upload, distribute, or link to CSAE content are terminated permanently. We do not restore terminated accounts. We may also block the underlying email address, Google identity, and IP range from future sign-ups to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  • Cooperation. We respond to valid legal process from law-enforcement agencies investigating CSAE and cooperate with established child-safety organisations such as NCMEC and the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF).

If you are at risk

If you are a minor and you are being pressured, extorted, or approached by someone on or via PRIMZ, please reach out to a trusted adult and contact your local child-protection hotline immediately. International resources include:

You can also email us at [email protected] and we will take your report seriously.

Changes to these Standards

We review these Standards at least annually and update them when our processes change, when the law in relevant jurisdictions evolves, or when industry best practices change. Material updates will be reflected in the effective date at the top of this page.
