These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PRIMZ — our web platform at primz.gg, the PRIMZ mobile app, and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

If you’re using PRIMZ on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation, and “you” in these Terms refers to that organisation.

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account.
• Provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
• You’re responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
• One person per account. Don’t share credentials or let others use your account.

You keep ownership of everything you publish on PRIMZ — your profile, bio, images, smart-links, and the destinations they point to (“Your Content”).

To run the Service, you grant PRIMZ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute Your Content solely as needed to operate, promote, and improve the Service (for example: rendering your creator page to visitors, generating Open Graph previews, serving thumbnails). This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we’re required to retain for legal or fraud-prevention reasons.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and the destinations you link to. Make sure you have the rights to everything you publish and that your linked destinations comply with these Terms.

You may not use PRIMZ to publish, host, or link to content that:

• Is illegal, infringes intellectual property, or violates anyone’s privacy.
• Is objectionable, hateful, abusive, bullying, or intended to harass, threaten, or intimidate another person.
• Exploits, endangers, sexualises, or targets minors.
• Contains malware, phishing, scams, or deceptive redirects.
• Impersonates another person or brand without permission.
• Is sexually explicit or depicts graphic violence, unless clearly age-gated and allowed under local law.
• Facilitates spam, credential stuffing, or automated abuse.

You also may not reverse-engineer the Service, interfere with our infrastructure, attempt to bypass rate limits, or use automated scrapers without our written permission.

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access if we believe these rules have been broken. Where practical, we will tell you what rule was violated.

PRIMZ has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (“CSAE”) content of any kind, including photographic, drawn, animated, AI-generated, or textual depictions, as well as grooming, sextortion, and the trafficking of minors. Posting, linking to, or promoting such content is an immediate and permanent ground for termination.

Our full standards — including what we prohibit, how to report CSAE to us, our response process, and our cooperation with NCMEC and law-enforcement authorities — are published at primz.gg/csae. They form part of these Terms by reference.

PRIMZ resolves smart-links and, when viewers open your page inside an in-app browser (Instagram, TikTok, etc.), can route outbound clicks through a universal-link escape flow to land viewers in the system browser. You are responsible for the destinations you configure and for complying with any rules imposed by the platforms you link to.

PRIMZ is not responsible for content, products, or services offered at destination URLs. If a destination becomes unsafe or violates these Terms, we may disable the smart-link that points to it.

Free accounts are free. Paid plans, if offered, are billed on the cadence shown at checkout. You authorise us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period; we don’t prorate partial months unless required by law.

We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. If you don’t want to accept a price change, you can cancel before it takes effect.

The PRIMZ name, logo, UI, source code, and documentation are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. These Terms don’t grant you any right to use our brand except as needed to refer to the Service (for example, saying “powered by PRIMZ”).

If you believe content on PRIMZ infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice to [email protected] identifying the work, the infringing URL, and your contact details. We respond to valid notices promptly.

You can delete your account at any time from Dashboard → Profile → Delete account on the web, from Settings → Delete account in the iOS or Android app, or by emailing us. We can suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we reasonably believe your account poses a security or legal risk.

On termination, your creator page becomes unavailable and we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, subject to the exceptions in the account-deletion section of our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do our best to keep it running, but we don’t guarantee uptime, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your specific needs. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PRIMZ and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US$100.

You agree to defend and indemnify PRIMZ against any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in the app. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PRIMZ is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law gives you the right to sue elsewhere.

If you download or use the PRIMZ iOS app from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

• These Terms are between you and PRIMZ only; Apple is not a party to these Terms.
• PRIMZ is solely responsible for the iOS app and its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the iOS app.
• PRIMZ is responsible for any app warranty, whether express or implied by law. If the iOS app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the app to you. The PRIMZ app is free, so no app purchase price currently applies.
• PRIMZ, not Apple, is responsible for addressing product claims relating to the iOS app, including product-liability, legal-compliance, and consumer-protection claims.
• PRIMZ, not Apple, is responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and discharging any third-party claim that the iOS app or your use of it infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights.
• Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you as third-party beneficiaries.
