Questions about your account, smart-links, billing, or the apps:
Include your username and the device you’re using (iPhone / Android / web) so we can reproduce the issue quickly.

Reporting a creator or content
If a PRIMZ creator page, smart-link, or any content on the platform breaks our Terms or our CSAE Standards, report it here:
We respond to abuse reports within 24 hours and remove violating content as soon as it’s confirmed.

Account deletion
You can delete your PRIMZ account from inside the mobile app under Settings → Delete account, or from the web dashboard at /profile. Deletion is immediate and removes your profile, links, and uploaded images.
If you can’t access the app for some reason, email [email protected] from the address tied to your account and we’ll process it manually.
